Great participation at the fair organized by the Affordable Art Fair
PicassoDefi Project proudly participated in the renowned Battersea Autumn in London, held from October 16 to 20 at Battersea Park, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of its founding in 1999.
Organized by the Affordable Art Fair in collaboration with JM FINN Investment | Wealth, this prominent event is a cornerstone in the international contemporary art scene. The founder, Will Ramsay, expressed satisfaction in noting how, over 25 years, the fair has attracted over 3 million visitors.
Our participation, facilitated through the collaboration between Amoarte Sofi Gallery of Bergamo and the AAIE Center for Contemporary Art of Rome, marks a significant step in our artistic growth and promotion journey.
Our stand showcased and enhanced important Italian private collections through a dedicated multimedia catalog and hosted the works of a group of highly talented artists, including Matteo Plini, Giovanni Grassi, Jessica Oliveras, Antonella Cappuccio, Lionel Yamadjako, Lorenzo Attolini, Angelo Barone, Patrick Dalli, Marco Pesacane, Disemino, Roberto Prandi, Huang Zhe, Giulia Seri, and Shi Jun.
A notable event saw a fair visitor choose to purchase their first artwork at the PicassoDefi Project stand. The piece, a refined creation by Giovanni Grassi, marked this young individual’s entry into the world of art collecting. Alfonso Masullo, head of the stand, expressed great satisfaction with this significant event, emphasizing how one of the Project’s missions is to guide newcomers in the art market, helping them become knowledgeable and passionate collectors.
Raffaele Tortorella, administrator and founder of PicassoDefi Project, also attended the fair, expressing satisfaction and pride in the success achieved by the stand and the artworks. He highlighted that this success was made possible by the meticulous and extraordinary work of all staff members and collaborators and was particularly proud to see many pieces placed in prestigious private collections.
The enthusiastic reception from the public further confirmed the stand’s success. The exhibited works and managed private collections not only attracted visitor interest but a good number of them were successfully placed, confirming the appreciation for the quality and selection offered. This result testifies to the effectiveness of our promotional work and our ability to meet the needs of a cultured and attentive audience.
We wish to extend our thanks to our partner, the AAIE Center for Contemporary Art, whose support was crucial for the success of our participation. The Battersea Autumn Fair was an important opportunity for PicassoDefi Project to consolidate its presence in the contemporary art scene, reaffirming the validity of our commitment to the promotion of artists and the collections entrusted to us by our collectors.
Looking to the future, PicassoDefi Project continues its journey with renewed confidence, convinced that the path taken will continue to offer significant results.
