- The volume is part of an artistic and cultural project dedicated to the Holy Scriptures on the occasion of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy proclaimed by Pope Francis, produced in a limited edition of one thousand four hundred ninety-nine copies numbered in Arabic numerals from 1/1499 to 1499/1499.
- The volume opens with a preface by Monsignor Giuseppe Scotti, President of the Vatican Foundation Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI.
- The texts were composed in round and italic Bodonian typefaces and were printed at the printing house of Lamberto Pigini in Loreto on velum paper made of pure cotton weighing 160 grams, specifically manufactured for this edition with an exclusive formula designed for art publishing by Cartiere Magnani di Pescia.
- The stitching, binding, and cover in fine natural leather barrel-dyed in tan were executed manually at the Art Bookbinding Workshop “L’Arte del Libro” in Todi.
- One hundred sixty-one illustrations from manuscripts, illuminated manuscripts, incunabula, volumes, and engravings, all inspired by the Holy Bible, were processed in photolithography at the workshop of Mirco Cestari in Bologna and printed in five colors on GardaPat 13 Chiara paper weighing 150 grams from Cartiere del Garda at the printing house of Lamberto Pigini in Loreto.
- On the cover of the volume, a reproduction of the painting “Adam and Eve” created by Lucas Cranach the Elder in 1526 is placed. It was produced manually using a lithosilkscreen technique with nine colors on a metal plate in the format of 24×36 cm. at the art printing house of Luigi Berardinelli in Verona.
- An elegant plexiglass lectern specially crafted for the work by the Creative Workshop Giromari in Bellocchi di Fano completes the project.
- The first copy of the work is destined for the Vatican Library Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI.
