Alessandra Greco

Alessandra Greco was born in Salerno in 1986. Initially pursuing scientific studies, her inclination towards drawing led her to specialize in interior architecture. She attended the Faculty of Architecture in Naples, engaging in various courses on design and art history.

Encountering the painter Giancarlo Pignataro and posing for some of his works, she gained insight into his artistic techniques, infused with a certain mystery veiled behind the paintings. This experience deepened her appreciation for art, both as a material and a form of expression. Intrigued by this approach, she began to convey her innermost feelings through colors and painting.

Delving into the intricacies of painting and resins, she started creating her initial pieces. Her artistic style ranges from figurative art to abstract, with minimal representations of visible reality, gradually dissolving into abstraction. Her choice to juxtapose vibrant and dark colors reflects her sensations of the present and the past. She has dedicated her life to the celebration of art, and through her works, coupled with her creativity and brilliant ability to anticipate trends, she manages to stand out in the art world. Her pieces offer a personal representation of the world around us, presented in propulsions laden with color. A naturalistic sense pervades her work, with a highly atypical evocation of the infinite.
